Core responsibilities include:
- Analyzing existing datasets on human–elephant conflict (incidents, migration patterns, mitigation outcomes)
- Translating field stories and community experiences into impactful narratives
- Documenting organizational progress, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Structuring grant proposals aligned with donor priorities (conservation, biodiversity, community resilience)
- Developing logic frameworks, theories of change, and monitoring & evaluation sections
- Collaborating remotely with field teams, conservationists, and leadership
