Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers as they walk in.
- Taking phone calls to help customers get medical equipment.
- Ensure that customer’s questions and needs are properly taken care of.
- Working with the team to ensure great customer service.
- Desk duties when there is down time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- A heart to do good and make positive change in our community.
- Be able to smile.
- Be compassionate to diverse personal situations.
- Able to communicate well.
- Computer Skills not needed
