Veteran Nonprofit Needs Your Skills! Be a virtual admin assistant

Soldiers’ Angels, a national non-profit that provides support programs for deployed service members, veterans and their families is looking for multiple virtual administrative assistant volunteers to help our mission. The Virtual Administrative Assistant is responsible for working with Soldiers’ Angels staff to coordinate the efforts of Soldiers’ Angels in various administrative capacities to help support the organization’s mission. The duties include but are not limited to assisting in processing and uploading volunteer paperwork, conducting and/or arranging volunteer orientation and training, staff in occasional volunteer recruitment, compiling reports as needed, and researching for special projects throughout the year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Highly organized with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to be flexible.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a diverse variety of individuals.
• Experience with Windows-based volunteer software.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite computer skills.
