The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned, professional Graphic Designer to assist with a variety of web-based and print design initiatives. This is an ideal role for an established design professional looking to utilize their high-level skills to give back to the community and support mental health accessibility. Because we require a high degree of autonomy and fairly quick turnaround on deliverables, we will tailor the workload to fit your specific availability, whether you prefer taking on distinct, short-term projects or an ongoing commitment.

The Work

Depending on your bandwidth, you will have the opportunity to drive projects across multiple touchpoints:

• Digital Experiences: Crafting engaging, conversion-focused graphics for our website, digital ads, email campaigns, and social media channels.
• Tactile Assets: Designing polished print materials—like event posters, informational brochures, and clinical resources—that feel warm, professional, and easy to digest.
• Brand Stewardship: Bringing a sophisticated eye to our visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and modern look across all organizational platforms.

Who We Are Looking For

• Mastery of Your Craft: A substantial, demonstrable career working strictly in graphic design (agency, in-house, or dedicated freelance). You know how to balance beautiful typography, intuitive layouts, and visual accessibility.
• Autonomous Execution: You are a seasoned pro who doesn't need hand-holding. You can take an objective, conceptualize a solution, and deliver final, polished assets with minimal supervision.
• Software Fluency: Expert-level command of your preferred industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, etc.).
• Please Note: Because this role requires a high degree of independent, senior-level execution, we are unable to accommodate students, recent graduates, or creatives looking for entry-level portfolio building. We are strictly looking for established professionals with proven industry experience.
