Get a firsthand experience of congressional campaign events! Great for anyone interested in learning about government, engaging with their community, and networking locally! We are looking for campaign volunteers to help represent our Better Way Campaign for the 13th District of Florida at the Democratic Hispanic Caucus of Florida Pinellas County on June 9th from 6-7 PM!

Position Summary
Supports the Events Department by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of
organizational events
Helps ensure events run smoothly and align with the organization’s mission, goals, and engagement efforts.
Ideal for individuals interested in event planning, nonprofit operations, community engagement, public policy, or politicl science! No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating logistics for events and activities
- Support preparation and setup of event materials and supplies
- Help with attendee coordination, check-in, and on-site support
- Assist with scheduling, communications, and event documentation
- Support collaboration with communications, fundraising, and field teams
- Help track event participation and feedback
- Assist with post-event follow-up and organization of materials
- Provide general administrative support to the Events team
