Description
Tiny Hearts Remembered, Inc. is a Toledo-based nonprofit supporting individuals and families impacted by pregnancy and infant loss, grief, and maternal wellness. As we enter our 5th year of service, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to serve as Board Vice Chair.
This volunteer leadership role will support the Board President and overall board governance as our organization continues to grow and expand programs in the Toledo community.
We are especially seeking a Toledo-based professional who is passionate about maternal health, community wellness, and nonprofit sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Board President and leadership team
- Assist with governance, accountability, and board engagement
- Help onboard and mentor future board members
- Provide leadership support during organizational growth
- Attend board meetings and occasional planning sessions
Time Commitment:
Approximately 4–6 hours per month
Ideal Candidate:
- Leadership or nonprofit experience preferred
- Background in healthcare, public health, social work, nonprofit management, or community leadership a plus
- Passion for Tiny Hearts Remembered’s mission
- Toledo-area preferred
