    Description

    The Office Administrative Intern will support daily administrative operations, documentation, reporting, recordkeeping, and office coordination. This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit administration, office management, operations support, and organizational coordination.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and organize office documentation, records, and files
    • Support administrative operations and daily office coordination
    • Assist with accounting-related documentation and basic reporting
    • Maintain accurate records, forms, spreadsheets, and internal files
    • Help prepare reports, meeting notes, and administrative updates
    • Support scheduling, communication, and follow-up tasks
    • Assist with data entry and document organization
    • Provide general operational support to leadership and team members

    Qualifications

    • Administrative or office support experience preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Good organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks accurately
    • Interest in nonprofit operations, administration, and community service
    • Professional attitude and attention to detail
