    Description

MLK Day of Service Treasure Hunter

Spend your MLK National Day of Service with IOCP helping strengthen our community by meeting basic needs and equipping individuals and families for ongoing stability. Volunteers will help in the Resale Select store behind the scenes helping to sort through and find treasures we will put on our shelves. Volunteers will be on their feet for most of the shift so please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

Sign up and learn more about this and other volunteer opportunities at iocp.volunteerhub.com.

Resale volunteer support client-centered programs to provide basic clothing and household items while also raising revenue for the store which supports all programs and services provided by IOCP.

Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) is a human services nonprofit. Since 1979, we have served the cities of Hamel, Long Lake, Medicine Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth, and Wayzata. Our mission is to strengthen our community by meeting basic needs and equipping individuals and families for ongoing stability. We do this by delivering integrated services that address the basic needs for food, shelter, and clothing, while also providing strengthening services that connect clients to affordable housing, quality childcare, and living-wage employment.
