The Volunteer will participate as a panel member in case reviews conducted by the Department of Children and Families. A case review is a meeting with the family, social worker, foster parents, and service providers to discuss and determine family progress relative to children who are in the care or custody of the Department of Children and Families.
Applicants do not need any special skills or degrees, we need volunteers who are willing to ask questions and advocate for the needs of children and families.
Volunteers need internet access and a computer to participate in remote reviews.
We strongly encourage volunteers who are people of color, indigenous, LBGTQ+ and people with disabilities to apply.
