    Join the Solace Hospice Care team as a patient-visiting volunteer! You'll brighten the days of those living with a terminal illness and support our team in providing exceptional care. Our clients live in private homes, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities in South County. We look forward to collaborating with you!
