At Tennessee Quality Care Hospice, our volunteers bring comfort, companionship, and a caring presence to patients and their families during a meaningful time in life.

As a hospice volunteer, you can make a difference simply by being there. You might spend time talking with a patient, reading together, listening to music, enjoying a craft, or offering companionship while giving a family caregiver a much-needed break.

NO Medical Experience is necessary! We provide all required training and orientation to help you fell confident and prepared in your volunteer role.

Requirements:

There are no restrictions regarding age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

Volunteers must complete the onboarding process which includes a reference check, a background check, a drug screen, a TB skin test, training, and orientation.
