    Description

    Transition Trails is seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager to lead our outreach efforts and serve as the "voice" of our organization, ensuring our message of intentional life transitions reaches those who need it most. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both high-level planning and hands-on content management.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategy Development: Creating comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans to achieve business goals and reach target audiences.
    • Campaign Management: Planning and implementing multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, email, social media), print, and event platforms.
    • Performance Analysis: Using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tools like Google Analytics to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Market Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
    • Budget Management: Allocating and managing marketing budgets to maximize the impact of promotional activities.
    • Brand Guardianship: Ensure all communications and content align with the Brand Kit and Voice guidelines.

    Time Commitment

    • Ongoing Role: 8–12 hours per week.
    • Flexibility: Mostly remote with weekly sync meetings.
    • Duration: We are looking for a minimum commitment of 6–12 months to ensure continuity

    Qualifications

    • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for crafting messaging and presenting reports to senior leadership.
    • Leadership: Experience in managing teams, mentoring junior staff, or coordinating with external agencies.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools like CRMs (Salesforce), SEO software, and social media platforms.
    • Remote: Ability to work independently in a remote, nonprofit environment
