    Description

    We are looking for a HR Generalist or Recruiter volunteer to join our team and be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring volunteers to support our mission. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great volunteers. Must be Eastern Time Zone.

    Duties:

    • Recruitment of volunteers, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and communicating with candidates
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates' application status
    • Plan and execute recruitment activities, such as in-person recruitment events
    • Provide reports and updates to the HR Team Lead
    • Assist with continuous improvement in our HR processes, templates, etc.
    • Support other HR projects, e.g. engagement activities

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in Human Resources / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
