Description
The KidStuff Community Foundation is seeking a compassionate and community-minded volunteer to serve as Treasurer on our Board of Directors.
Our Foundation is dedicated to improving access to behavioral health services for children and families in underserved and rural communities across Colorado. We help bridge gaps in care by supporting outreach programs, reduced-fee counseling services, therapeutic groups, and continuity of care for vulnerable children and families.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in the community while contributing only a small amount of time each month.
Position Details
- Volunteer, part-time board position
- Approximately 1 hour per month
- Board meetings are held remotely every other month over the lunch hour
- Minimal monthly financial activity
- Current systems utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has basic bookkeeping and office management experience
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Values community mental health access and nonprofit service
- Is not currently employed by KidStuff Child and Family Counseling
Previous nonprofit board experience is welcome but not required.
