    Heart-Centered Volunteers Needed for End-of-Life Companionship

    ACG Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals and those called to the sacred work of supporting patients and families at end-of-life in St. Louis and Columbia, Missouri. Bring comfort, calm and companionship to the bedside.

    If you feel called to hold sacred space at life’s closing, this volunteer role offers a chance to bring presence, peace, and comfort in the final chapters of life.

    As a Vigil or Companionship Volunteer, you may:

    • Sit vigil and provide calm, compassionate companionship
    • Offer guided imagery, meditation, or gentle rituals
    • Support families with legacy work, storytelling, or life review
    • Create a peaceful atmosphere through presence and care

    Your heart-centered service helps ensure that no one walks alone on their journey.
