    • Own project intake, clarify ambiguous or incomplete requests, define scope, identify

deliverables, and confirm timelines, roles, and resource needs.

    • Translate goals and stakeholder input into clear project plans with milestones,

dependencies, action items, owners, and delivery expectations.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, volunteers, partners, vendors, and internal

    • Maintain consistent project documentation, including briefs, timelines, status

reports, meeting notes, decisions, action items, and versioned plans.

    • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders through appropriate status

updates, follow-ups, meeting cadences, and escalation when needed.

    • Drive accountability by confirming owners, deadlines, next steps, and unresolved

    blockers.

    • Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and

    organizational objectives.

    • Maintain strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and follow-through across all

    active workstreams.

    • Support continuous improvement of project management workflows,

documentation standards, templates, and tracking practices.

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational, time management, documentation, and follow-through skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, including expectation-setting, status reporting,

    meeting facilitation, and stakeholder coordination.

    • Ability to work collaboratively and solutions-oriented with internal teams, partners,

    volunteers, and vendors.

    • Familiarity with project management tools and structured workflows.
    • Ability to support the mission of Mentor A Promise with dependable, organized, and

    service-minded execution.

    Preferred

    • Experience in nonprofit, education, youth development, social impact, or mission-

    driven organizations.

    • Experience supporting fundraising campaigns, events, community programs, or
