    Description

The Guest Ambassador Volunteer plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and informative experience for Tennessee Aquarium visitors. Guest Ambassadors greet guests, provide directions, answer general questions, and assist visitors in navigating the Aquarium to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Volunteers may also have the opportunity to occasionally serve as a mascot in one of our nine mascot costumes, bringing added fun and excitement to guest interactions. More complex inquiries will be referred to the Visitor Services or Education Mentors teams
