Founding Board Member — Stellaris Keystone Foundation, Inc.

Stellaris Keystone Foundation, Inc. is a newly established nonprofit serving Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock, and surrounding Virginia communities. We provide housing navigation, homeless outreach, resource navigation, peer support, and community education to individuals and families facing housing instability, mental illness, and other life challenges — at no cost to those we serve.

We are seeking passionate, mission-driven individuals to join our founding Board of Directors as we build this organization from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Attend quarterly board meetings (approximately 4-6 per year, 1 hour each)
• Provide guidance on strategy, finances, and organizational governance
• Help connect our Foundation to community resources, donors, and partners
• Champion our mission in the community

We Are Looking For:

• Individuals passionate about housing stability, mental health, and community support
• Professionals with backgrounds in finance, law, healthcare, business, nonprofit management, or community leadership
• People with lived experience related to housing instability, mental illness, or recovery
• Community members who want to make a lasting impact in Culpeper and the surrounding region

Time Commitment: Approximately 2-4 hours per month
