Do you enjoy bringing order to moving pieces while making sure people feel supported along the way? Our People & Culture Generalists play an important role in creating positive experiences for our volunteers from their first hello to their next great adventure.

Your adventure will include:

• • Supporting volunteer onboarding, orientation, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate volunteer records, documentation, and People & Culture systems.
  • Coordinating volunteer communications, recognition, and community-building activities.
  • Assisting with People & Culture processes, policies, and resource development.
  • Partnering with departments to support volunteer experiences and address emerging needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve processes, and make volunteering more rewarding for everyone.

What we're looking for: Individuals with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in people operations.

Experience in HR, volunteer coordination, or administration helps, but we're equally interested in people who are eager to learn, comfortable using digital tools, and excited to contribute to a growing organization.
