    Grant Writer Needed!

    Score-Cape Fear is a chapter of the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization Score.Org, dedicated to growing entrepreneurial communities throughout the seven county Southeastern NC region through a variety of programs including mentoring and classroom instruction. To expand our reach to the entrepreneurial community, we rely heavily on the generous support of grants and foundations.

    The Role: As a Volunteer Grant Writer, you will play a crucial role in our fundraising efforts. You will help us tell our story compellingly to secure the financial resources necessary to continue our mission.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government sources that align with our mission.
    • Draft compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports for the One Love Directors to review and submit.
    • Maintain an organized calendar of grant submission deadlines and reporting dates.
    • Collaborate with our team to gather the necessary information, data, and pictures to strengthen applications.

    Requirements: Previous success in grant writing, remote work acceptable. Open to US residents only, thank you.
