    Description

The Guided Trail Program Coach is a volunteer leadership role responsible for guiding "Guided Consultants" (learners) through a rigorous, hands-on Salesforce implementation project. You will move beyond teaching basic "clicks" to instilling a consultant mindset grounded in the RESOLVE methodology. Your goal is to ensure learners solve the problem outlined in our case study.

    Responsibilities

    Facilitate the Rhythmic Cycle:

    • Lead weekly Stand-ups to review user stories from the Case Study backlog
    • Host weekly Campfire Sessions for peer reviews and build validation.

Mentor on Methodology: Guide learners through the RESOLVE Method (Recognize, Explore, Select, Outline, Launch, Verify, Evolve) to ensure every technical decision is rooted in a business requirement. (will be trained in this methodology)

Technical Oversight & Auditing: Oversee and assess program execution to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with established standards and policies.

Agile Management: Help learners decompose the "Case Study" into Epics, Features, and User Stories, ensuring all work passes the INVEST litmus test and follows proper naming conventions.

Career Coaching: Guide learners in documenting their work and preparing them for Employer Interview Simulations with Technical Architects.

    Benefits

Leadership Development: Refine your skills as a Solution Architect and mentor while managing a high-stakes digital transformation.

Impact: Directly contribute to a mission that saves staff time and improves outcomes for people identified in our case study.

Networking: Connect with a community of dedicated Salesforce professionals and emerging talent.

Portfolio Contribution: Recognition for coaching a successful cohort through a professional-grade Cast Study Portfolio Showcase

    Qualifications

Advanced Salesforce Expertise: Deep proficiency in Service Cloud, Flow Builder, Security Models (OWDs, Roles, Permissions), and Experience Cloud.

Architectural Mindset: Ability to explain complex logic, such as Relational Data Mapping (Household Account Model) and Escalation Logic vs. Flow.

Facilitation Skills: Experience leading agile teams, managing backlogs, and providing constructive feedback during technical peer reviews.

Values-Driven: A commitment to data security as a means of saving lives and a passion for mentoring the next generation of Salesforce professionals.

    Time Commitment

Program Duration: 12 weeks per cohort.

    Weekly Live Sessions:

    • Stand-up: ~1 hour to kick off the week's sprint.
    • Campfire: ~2 hours for peer presentations and "Definition of Done" verification.

Asynchronous Support: 1–2 hours weekly for reviewing Admin Decision Logs and answering technical "Spike" questions
