Activity Coordinator at Ruggles Assisted Living

Hearth is seeking a dedicated Resident Engagement Volunteer to help coordinate weekly activities at our Ruggles Assisted Living facility. This role is all about creating meaningful connections with residents and fostering a sense of community through engaging programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and lead activities such as art classes, Bingo, games, or other creative resident engagement opportunities
• Plan and coordinate resident transportation as needed (Uber, taxi, etc.)
• Encourage resident participation and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment
• Work closely with staff to align activities with resident interests and needs
