    Description

    We are looking for dedicated volunteers to serve as Prison Grievance Advocates.

    A Grievance Advocate acts as a communication bridge between incarcerated individuals, DOC staff, and when appropriate, outside agencies. This role supports clear, professional communication and helps ensure concerns are accurately documented and directed through the proper institutional grievance procedures.

    Advocates help individuals understand the grievance process, maintain organized records, and promote accountability within established policies and systems.
