Wine Women & Shoes Event Volunteers

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Thank you for your support of our families and children. Wine, Women & Shoes will be held Wednesday, April 29th and Thursday, April 30th at the Kehoe Iron Works at Trustees’ Garden in downtown Savannah.

We hope you are available to volunteers for one or both days. Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:

RMH Signature Luncheon and Fashion Show - Event Prep

Tuesday, April 28th, 2 PM-5 PM

Event prep is washing the wine glasses, labeling water bottles, and helping with any other set-up for the Luncheon on the next day.

RMH Signature Luncheon and Fashion Show

Wednesday, April 29th, 9 AM-3 PM

You will be volunteering for the entire event! This includes assisting with event set up, registration and check in of all event guests, Live Auction and Fund our Mission, helping keep the event area clean. Please remember: (all volunteers during event must be age 21+)

Wine, Women & Shoes Event Prep

Wednesday, April 29th,2:30 PM – 5 PM

Event prep is washing the wine glasses, prepping swag bags, and helping with any other set-up for Wine, Women & Shoes on the next day.

Wine, Women & Shoes Event Set Up

Thursday, April 30th, 10 AM-3 PM

Event set up – Includes registration tables, swag bag room, ballroom set up, signage, unloading vendor cars, and assisting where needed.

Thursday, April 30th 4:30-10:30 PM

You will be volunteering for the entire event! Volunteering during the event (all volunteers during event must be age 21+)

Registration/check-in, passing out swag bags, capturing bidders for live auction and 10 in 10, keeping the event clean during the event, assisting with any other event needs and breakdown of the event.

Friday, May 1st, 9 AM - 1 PM

Event Breakdown is packing all items at the venue is cleared of House items and placed into staff and volunteer vehicles and taking them back to the House.
