    Description

    I Support the Girls is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented volunteer to help assemble ASH Kits at our Indianapolis warehouse. ASH Kits are carefully curated, customizable care packages that individuals can request directly from ISTG. This role is critical to ensuring kits are assembled accurately, efficiently, and with care.

    This volunteer will primarily focus on filling ASH Kits, with occasional support pulling products for organizations picking up supplies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assemble ASH Kits according to established guidelines
    • Ensure kits are complete, accurate, and consistently packed
    • Maintain organization of supplies and workspaces
    • Occasionally assist with pulling products for partner organization pickups
    • Follow all warehouse procedures with care and discretion

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
    • Reliable and consistent — this role depends on regular attendance
    • Good memory and ability to retain packing standards
    • Demonstrates discretion and respect when working with sensitive materials
    • Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
    • Ability to stand, bend, and move around the warehouse for extended periods
    • Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive tasks during shifts

    Ideal Fit

    This role is best suited for someone who enjoys focused, task-oriented work, takes pride in accuracy, and can commit to a consistent weekly schedule. Prior warehouse, packing, or inventory experience is helpful but not required — training will be provided.
