Career Coach

SheRebuilds is looking for a volunteer Career Coach to support women as they prepare to re-enter the job market.

This role is focused on career preparation and confidence-building.

We do not provide job placement or guarantee employment outcomes.

Instead, we help women build the tools, clarity, and confidence needed to move forward in their professional journey.

What you’ll do

You will work directly with participants through coaching sessions to help them:

• Build or refine professional CVs / resumes
• Optimize and strengthen their LinkedIn profiles
• Prepare for job interviews
• Practice answering common interview questions
• Develop stronger professional self-presentation
• Identify and communicate transferable skills
• Build confidence for re-entering the job market
• Create practical next steps for their job search journey

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in English (required)
• Is also fluent in Ukrainian or Russian
• Has experience in career coaching, recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or professional mentoring
• Understands LinkedIn and modern job market expectations
• Can provide constructive, supportive feedback
• Communicates with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
• Is comfortable working with women rebuilding after significant life challenges

• Interview coaching
• Professional development consulting
• LinkedIn profile strategy
