    • Benchmark organizational and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for client businesses.
    • Compile and interpret data into clear, visual reports with actionable recommendations, highlighting areas for strategic improvement.
    • Create dashboards and charts using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to deliver insights, not to establish or define business KPIs or goals.
    • Collaborate in weekly meetings to present findings; engage clients and stakeholders for feedback and context.
    • Ensure robust data security and comply with all privacy requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
    • Attended weekly meetings and maintained flexibility to support client workload and assigned planning tasks.
    • Fully remote — no travel required. Preference for candidates located in New Jersey.
    • This is a volunteer, unpaid position supporting HCMG’s community impact work.
    • A dependable computer and internet connection, along with a strong commitment to upholding HCMG’s data privacy and confidentiality standards.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Certifications like CAP, AWS certified data analytics, COMP TIA Data+, etc. are highly preferred.

    • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
    • Demonstrated skill in benchmarking organizational and market data to identify strategic opportunities or risks for clients.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams for collaborative analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
