Human Resources Intern

Looking to build your HR skills through meaningful hands-on experience? YesLiberia is seeking HR Interns. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain practical HR experience, develop professionally, and learn from an experienced team in an international environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting opportunities, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding by preparing materials, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining HR documentation, databases, and files.
• Provide administrative support, HR initiatives, and team projects.
• Collaborate with the HR team on process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing the volunteer experience
• Participate in weekly and monthly HR knowledge-sharing sessions designed to build your understanding of key HR concepts

Requirements:

• Interest in Human Resources and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Previous HR experience, relevant coursework, or training is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative team environment.
• Interest in YesLiberia’s mission and a commitment to contributing positively to the team.
