    Are you passionate about using your financial skills to make a real difference?

    Invisible Warriors is seeking a Volunteer Board Treasurer to help guide and protect the financial health of our organization as an Officer of the Board. This is an unpaid leadership role that directly supports our work with military women.

    As Treasurer, you will help maintain and report on financial records, support budgeting and financial planning, lead or participate in finance-related committees, maintain corporate records, and contribute to policy development. You will also join fellow Board Officers in attending organizational events, championing our mission in the community, and participating in fundraising efforts. This position is critical to ensuring our organization remains strong, transparent, and sustainable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Board Chairperson and Board of Directors to support the organization’s mission and goals.
    • Provide sound financial judgement to help guide fundraising, budgeting, and program initiatives.
    • Help ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and good stewardship of resources.
    • Inspire staff, volunteers, participants, and community partners to support and share our mission.
    • Serve as a resource for best practices, new ideas, and strong execution of shared goals.
    • Bring an understanding, or willingness to learn, about the experiences of people living with invisible disabilities.
