Description
Join The Just One Project in providing fresh, nutritious food to our community through our weekday drive-through distribution. Volunteers help unload pallets of food, prepare items, and load groceries directly into clients’ vehicles. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that ensures hundreds of families receive support each day.
Responsibilities
- Unload pallets and organize food items
- Load groceries into client vehicles in a drive-through format
- Assist with setup, flow, and breakdown as needed
- Work as part of a friendly, supportive volunteer team
Requirements
- Ages 16+ may volunteer independently
- Ages 15 and under may volunteer with a parent/guardian
- Able to stand and move for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Must wear closed-toe shoes; sun protection recommended
