Grants & Institutional Funding Manager

About the Role

HHP works with foundations, public health agencies, and global funders.

We are seeking a Grants & Institutional Funding Manager to expand our funding pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Identify high-potential grant opportunities
• Draft proposals, budgets, and reporting materials
• Coordinate with Program Leads for technical content
• Collaborate with RevOps to forecast revenue
• Manage relationships with funders

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have grant writing or foundation relationship experience
• Understand public health or community programs
• Can work collaboratively across teams
• Write clearly, persuasively, and strategically
