Description
In this position, you would be expected to perform the following duties:
- Greet visitors with a smile and a welcoming demeanor.
- Make sure everyone checks-in on our CoPilot System.
- Assist with checking-in and ordering meals, if needed.
- Show people where to go when they arrive.
- Give tours to prospective members and show them to the Main Office, if they'd like to join.
- Offer reminders of our upcoming events, guest speaker presentations, fundraisers, etc.
