    Description

    BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organisation and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and implement outreach initiatives that promote BluShues' mission.
    • Support Bible distribution activities within communities.
    • Engage with churches, schools, community organizations, and individuals.
    • Assist in organizing outreach events and evangelistic activities.
    • Build positive relationships with community members and ministry partners.
    • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and participation.
    • Identify opportunities to expand BluShues' outreach efforts.
    • Collaborate with Regional Coordinators and Volunteer Ministers.
    • Prepare reports on outreach programmes and community engagement.
    • Represent BluShues professionally during all outreach activities.

    • Passionate about evangelism and community engagement.
    • Friendly, approachable, and compassionate.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities.
    • Able to work effectively with diverse communities.
    • Self-motivated and proactive.
    • Flexible and adaptable.
    • Committed to teamwork and Christian service.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree or college diploma preferred but not required.
    • Experience in community outreach, ministry, or volunteer work is preferred.
    • Strong communication and public engagement skills.
    • Good organizational abilities.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers.
    • Experience planning community events is an advantage.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and ministry development.
