    Description

Compassion in Every Strand: Volunteer Hairstylist for Hospice Patient

Every snip, every strand, every smile is a moment of grace. Join us in providing gentle hairstyling services to hospice patients - bringing comfort, beauty, and human connection to those in a tender stage of life. The volunteer stylist role is perfect for someone who wants to combine their skills and empathy to bring light to someone through the simple but powerful act of hairstyling. This is hair from the heart - and it makes a difference.

After completing United Hospice volunteer orientation and training, you will be assigned to a patient for scheduled visists. With patients located valley-wide, there is likely someone just down the road from you. Additionally, flexibility within the program allows for volunteers to schedule visits to fit their availbility.
