Description
Purpose: The Electrical Team helps test, assemble, sort and price lighting and electrical donations. A successful volunteer will be able to work independently in our lighting area and to help keep our inventory in the store organized and stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, clean and price all incoming light fixtures, fans, globes, electrical components and/or hardware.
- Price based on condition and quality
- Keep lighting section in store organized and stocked
Service Location: Cudell neighborhood or North Randall location
Qualifications:
- Must have some electrical experience, do not need to be a professional
Dress Code: Comfortable clean clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Layers are always good, especially in the colder months. Sturdy close-toed shoes are a must.
Days and times needed:
Time Commitment: We would love someone who was willing to come regularly i.e. Once a week. A full day is 9am-4pm. Half day can be 9am-1pm or 12pm-4pm. Schedule flexibility is offered.
