    Description

    Position Summary

    The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of YMI’s marketing and communications initiatives. Working closely with the Executive Director and leadership team, this individual will help ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across print and digital platforms. The role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating with others.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Support the organization’s brand identity and public image across all communications
      • Draft, edit, and distribute marketing materials and campaign content
      • Assist with website updates and content management
      • Ensure consistency in logos, branding, and visual presentation
      • Coordinate print and digital communications materials
      • Create and manage fillable program forms in PDF and Word
      • Assist with press releases and promotional outreach
      • Participate in monthly leadership calls

    Qualifications

      • College degree or at least 2 years of relevant professional or volunteer experience preferred
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Experience with social media platforms and website content updates
      • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
      • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed
      • Self-motivated and dependable
