    Work Environment: Remote

    Position Summary

    The Talent Acquisition Supervisor Intern participates in an intermediate to advanced learning experience focused on recruitment coordination, workflow organization, and team collaboration within a structured program environment.

    Participants may engage at different levels within this role based on the program’s tiered structure.

    • Recruitment workflow coordination
    • Candidate pipeline organization
    • Interview process structure
    • Team collaboration and communication

    Program Activities

    Participants may engage in:

    • Supporting coordination of recruitment activities and workflows
    • Assisting with the organization of candidate pipelines
    • Supporting interview scheduling and communication processes
    • Participating in the review of recruiting processes and improvements
    • Assisting with documentation and tracking of recruitment activities
    • Communicating updates or observations to program leadership

    All activities are conducted within a supervised and guided learning environment.

    Leadership Development Component

    • Supporting coordination of recruiting efforts
    • Participating in structured team collaboration
    • Observing recruiting leadership practices

    This is a developmental experience and does not involve formal supervisory authority.

    Participation Expectations

    • Engage consistently in program activities
    • Maintain communication with leadership
    • Participate in structured sessions

    Qualifications

    Education / Background

    Candidates may include:

    • Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals
    • Individuals with some experience in recruiting or HR
    • Individuals seeking coordination or leadership experience

    • Clear communication abilities
    • Attention to detail
    • Interest in recruiting processes

    Work Environment

    This is a remote learning environment involving structured sessions, guided activities, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Program Nature
