Program Overview:
Volunteers will assist instructors in providing one-on-one or group technology support for older adults, helping them improve their digital literacy and gain confidence in using technology. Volunteers will work closely with older adults, walking them through easy-to-follow instructions and ensuring they understand key concepts. Your role will help create an environment of patience, empathy, and encouragement while assisting older adults to build their technological skills. In addition, you have the option to select a session you would like to lead.
