Description
You’ll be the first real human touchpoint for new volunteers. Interview applicants, assess fit, and help bring in dedicated people who match our mission and culture.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone or video interviews with applicants
- Evaluate candidate fit and values alignment
- Collect and track interview notes and feedback
- Recommend final decisions to the Director
- Coordinate follow-up communications with applicants
Minimum Required Skills/Competencies:
- Confident and professional communication
- Active listening and note-taking skills
- Ability to assess people and build rapport quickly
- Organized and detail-focused
- Comfortable using scheduling and tracking tools
