Description
We are seeking experienced paralegals to support litigation work focused on client intake, case organization, and drafting legal motions under attorney supervision.
This role is intended for paralegals who are comfortable working in fast-moving dispute environments and can help structure early-stage case materials, summarize facts, and assist in preparing draft motions and filings.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Conducting and organizing client intake information
- Reviewing and summarizing case documents
- Building timelines and case files
- Drafting initial motion templates and supporting documents (for attorney review)
- Assisting with litigation preparation and research support
Prior experience in civil litigation, business disputes, or nonprofit governance matters is preferred.
