    Description

Do you have a knack for organizing and a passion for helping others? The Brisben Center is looking for dedicated volunteers to help manage our essential Clothing Closet. This is a hands-on opportunity to ensure men, women, and children staying with us have access to clean, organized, and appropriate clothing.

Our clothing closet relies entirely on donations, and keeping it tidy and accessible makes a huge difference to our residents. Your efforts will directly impact their comfort and dignity.

    What You'll Do:
    • Organize Donations: Sort through incoming clothing donations, checking for quality and suitability.
    • Clean and Tidy: Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment within the clothing closet, including shelving and display areas.
    • Sort & Rotate Inventory: Categorize clothing by size, gender, and season, and help rotate items to keep the selection fresh and relevant.
    Why Your Help Matters:

A well-maintained clothing closet helps our residents feel respected and cared for. It allows them to easily find what they need, whether it's an outfit for a job interview, warm layers for cooler days, or school clothes for their children. Your organizational skills will directly contribute to their sense of dignity and well-being.
