Description
Nurses of the Future (NOTF) is looking for a Volunteer Training Manager to help new volunteers understand the organization, their responsibilities, and how they can contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities include developing volunteer orientation materials, creating training guides, preparing instructional resources, helping onboard new volunteers, answering volunteer questions, and organizing training sessions or workshops when needed.
This is a remote leadership opportunity for students interested in healthcare, education, leadership, volunteer management, or nonprofit organizations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable creating instructional materials
- Patient and willing to support new volunteers
- Able to explain information clearly
- Previous teaching, training, or leadership experience is helpful but not required
Time Commitment: Approximately 2–4 hours per week.
