    Description

    Hospice Volunteer

    You have meaningful gifts to share, so why not volunteer your time with our patients and families? Time and location varies based on the needs of the patient, and our volunteer's availability. We are currently looking for volunteers in Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor and Pierce counties in Washington.

    Ways you might be of services to patients and their family:

      • Companionship
      • Respite care
      • Massage or other alternative therapies
      • Music
      • Pet Therapy
      • Arts & Crafts
      • Errands for family
      • Light housework for family
      • Games
      • Sit Vigil
      • Office Support

    All volunteers will go through an interview process, background check, drug testing, attend a orientation and complete online training modules before seeing patients.
