Volunteer Call Crew – Help Recruit Participants for the Walk to End Alzheimer's

Make a Difference With Just a Phone Call

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate volunteers to help recruit participants for the upcoming Walk to End Alzheimer's, the world's largest event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support, and research.

As a member of our Volunteer Call Crew, you will reach out to community members, past participants, team captains, and supporters to encourage involvement in this year's Walk. Your calls will help grow participation, strengthen community engagement, and advance our mission of ending Alzheimer's and all other dementia.

Volunteer Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using a provided call list and script
• Invite individuals, teams, and community organizations to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's
• Share event details and answer basic questions
• Encourage registration and team formation
• Document call outcomes and notes
• Help spread awareness of the Alzheimer's Association's mission

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for community service and making a difference
• Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
• Previous customer service, fundraising, or volunteer experience is helpful but not required
