    Description

    Volunteer Ambassadors play an important role in enhancing the patient experience by providing a warm presence, compassionate listening, and non-clinical support to patients and families during their hospital stay.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct friendly rounds in inpatient units

    Offer comfort, conversation, and emotional support

    Communicate patient needs to nursing staff when appropriate

    Promote a welcoming, service-focused environment
