Description
Liberia Medical Mission (LMM) is seeking experienced professionals to help strengthen our nonprofit organization through leadership development and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with board development and volunteer leadership programs.
- Develop organizational policies, procedures, and governance structures.
- Support volunteer recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Help build sustainable systems for long-term growth and impact.
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, human resources, or management.
- Strong strategic thinking and team-building skills.
Community Service Hours Available: Individuals seeking court-ordered community service hours are welcome to apply.
