Job Title: Marketing Specialist Intern

Job Descriptions:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote Resilience Inc.’s mission, SEL curriculum, and emotional health initiatives.
- Assist in content creation for digital channels, including website, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and outreach materials.
- Conduct market and audience research to identify engagement opportunities within education, nonprofit, and mental health sectors.
- Contribute to campaign strategy development by analyzing trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics.
- Help coordinate cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment between content, design, outreach, and analytics efforts.
- Support development of promotional materials such as presentations, reports, and campaign assets.
- Assist with brand messaging and storytelling that communicates SEL concepts in an accessible and engaging way.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare summaries with insights and improvement recommendations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas and innovative engagement strategies.
- Maintain organized marketing documentation, calendars, and workflow tracking systems.
- Ensure all marketing activities reflect nonprofit values, ethical communication practices, and youth-appropriate messaging.
Requirements:
- Strong alignment with Resilience Inc.’s mission and values, including commitment to promoting social and emotional health and expanding SEL awareness among youth, families, and educators.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to contribute to diverse marketing initiatives.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable ideas.
- Creative thinking with willingness to explore innovative marketing approaches and storytelling formats.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing projects and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive in communication.
