Make a Difference: Hospice Companion Volunteer Need in Apollo, PA

Three Rivers Hospice is looking for a compassionate volunteer in the Chicora area to provide companionship and support to a hospice patient.

Sometimes the greatest gift you can give is simply your time. As a hospice volunteer, you may spend time talking and listening, reading, playing cards or games, watching a favorite show, or simply sitting together and providing a comforting presence.

No medical experience needed. Training and ongoing support are provided by Three Rivers Hospice.

Visits are flexible and can be scheduled around your availability. Whether you have a few hours a month or are looking for a regular way to give back, your time can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
