    Description

    Patient Support Specialist Volunteer

Make a meaningful difference through companionship, compassion, and connection.

As a Patient Support Specialist Volunteer, you become a valued part of the care team, working alongside nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other team members who are committed to ensuring no one has to go through this experience alone. Whether a patient is receiving care in their own home, assisted living, memory care, or a skilled nursing community, your presence can bring comfort, companionship, and peace of mind.

Find a volunteer opportunity that's meaningful to you.

While we offer several types of volunteer opportunities, we believe your service should reflect who you are. We take the time to learn about your interests, life experiences, and the ways you feel called to contribute, then match you with opportunities that create meaningful connections for both you and the patients you support.

You'll receive guidance, encouragement, and support from a team that values your time, your heart, and commitment. This is more than volunteering. It's an opportunity to honor life, build meaningful connections, and make a difference in the lives of others.

    Ready to make a difference?

If you feel drawn to supporting individuals nearing the end of life and their loved ones, we'd love to help you explore how you can make a difference. Contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Amy Beckius at 320.759.1270.
