    Glow Fest Marketer

    Volunteer Job

    Come be a part of the Glow Fest Marketing Crew committee. Help bring energy, visibility, and excitement to our annual mental health and wellness festival. Members support CITCA’s outreach and marketing efforts by promoting the event, engaging the community, and helping build a welcoming, high‑impact festival experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote Glow Fest across social media, campus networks, community spaces, etc.
    • Capture pre and post event activities
    • Support with content ideas, captions, and engagement strategies
    • Create and distribute flyers, posters, and digital materials to partners, locals, and more
    • Represent CITCA at events that align with event priorities, mission, and goals
    • Provide on-site support during Glow Fest (highly encouraged)

    Qualifications

    NO PERFECTION NEEDED. JUST CREATIVITY AND WILLINGNESS.

    • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with individuals
    • Interest in marketing, social media, community/digital outreach, or event promotion
    • Ability to work collaboratively
    • Reliable, organized, and able to manage task independently
    • No prior experience required. Support provided.

    Additional Details

    • Flexible schedule
    • Fully remote with in person opportunities
    • Commit at least 3-6+ hours per week
    • Biweekly Friday Committee Chair meetings
    • Regular Marketing committee check ins
    • Great for students interested in marketing, communications, community engagement, or event management
    • Includes networking, mentorship, service hours, and potential consideration for future leadership roles (not guaranteed)
    • Directly supports youth empowerment and community wellness through CITCA’s mission
